Founded in 2017, our core business is converting legacy systems for the manufacture of calcined clays and metakaolin at scale to replace the high carbon producing products with better performing, superior low carbon alternatives. Our commitment is promoting sustainability and economic efficiency. We create sustainable green materials by recommissioning legacy manufacturing facilities and leveraging state-of-the-art containerized calcination technology.

By establishing these highly efficient calcining technologies near material sources at a fraction of historical costs, we integrate greenfield practices into our scalable manufacturing philosophy. This approach both breathes new life into unused assets and bring new technology to a wider footprint, generating significant employment and economic benefits for each local community we engage.

2.The cement industry is a major source of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the industrial sector. Cement production is energy intensive and accounts for about 5–8% of global carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, making it the second-largest source of CO2 emissions. On average, producing one ton of cement releases about one ton of CO2 into the atmosphere. This is mainly due to the calcination of limestone and the burning of fossil fuels.
